There is a large dog park in the center of the apartments which I only utilized briefly, but it is well maintained. Upgrades to the units would for sure take this place to the next level, but until that can be done I would say this is a great starter apartment. Choose from a variety of spacious one or two-bedroom apartments to find the perfect home to fit your lifestyle. The large sliding glass door flows gently onto your own private patio or balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and gorgeous views of the surrounding scenery.

People have stolen my plants from my porch area and some man tried to kick our door down. There was also a gas leak from our heater and when the gas company refused to repair it and instead suggested a complete new one the owners refused to pay that amount. Every place will have its ups and downs but they will try to help as much as they can.

Visited here to feed a friends dog while he was out of town and oh my god!!! The pet waste stations are literally over flowing with used waste bags! Absolutely disgusting, no clean bags were available so there is also dog crap all over the grass. Not a clean environment for any living thing. And I came back and forth over the course of a week so it's not like they didn't have time to clean up the outdoor area.

I did a maintenance request to repair the bottom steps, but nothing was done to my request. • Both the bathtubs in my 2 bathroom apartment were so damaged, cracked, old and worn they sounded like you were going to fall the floor and into the apartment below. Its only a gated community if the gates close and lock. The gate in the back has never shut in the past year that I was there. I am a vegetarian, so I don’t cook a lot on the stove. But when I moved out one year later the management team charged me for replacing those drip pans that were nasty when I got in. I might have cooked 40 times on that stove for the entire year I was there. And what I was cooking didn’t leave black piles of goop in the drip pans. Look for the Grandview about five minutes west of downtown Colorado Springs along East Pikes Peak Ave near North Circle Drive.
